Only renter-safe, currently eligible catalogue listings are considered. Firm requirements remove unsuitable homes before ranking.

Explainable by design
Deterministic matching in the MVP.
The same questionnaire and listing information produce the same result. Rules first remove unsuitable inventory, then score the remaining properties on defined factors: budget fit, preferred area, bedroom exactness, move-in timing, and supported must-haves. Verification tier does not add match points.
